What it does
The tablet shows a north-up map centred on your vehicle, with a heading arrow and a data bar along the top and bottom. Press M to open the full map as usual; the tablet steps aside and comes back when you close it.
- Every vehicle: cars, trucks, APCs, helicopters, boats, and vehicles from other mods
- Every seat: driver, passenger and gunner; turret seats follow the vehicle
- Every map: Everon, Arland, Kolguyev and modded terrains, using each terrain's own map and grid
- Grid reference: your position in the terrain's own grid, ready to call out
- Heading, speed & time: compass heading, ground speed and in-game time at a glance
- Speed-based zoom: zooms out as you speed up, so fast driving and flying still show what's ahead
- Full map hand-off: opening the full map (M) and closing it again just works
- No map? No problem: on terrains without a 2D map, the data bars still work
- Client-side only: nothing is sent over the network, so it works on any server that loads the mod
- War-tablet look: rugged bezel, night-friendly colours, out of the way of the vehicle HUD
